So there’s our title “How Does God See You?”. How does God see you, when He looks at you? What does He think, what does He feel, how does He see you? Do you think that He sees you and thinks “Oh, no, there’s old so and so again, I only wish they’d get their act together at last, oh, not them”?

“The Hero of Faith is You”

And so it was, twenty years ago, that our Teek Koritz strapped himself into an F15 Strike Eagle fighter-bomber to show the bad guys that there are still heroes in America - and that there are people who had a problem with a mighty nation just overrunning a helpless one. I never got any sense from anything the family shared, that Teek ever had a moment of hesitation about soaring off into those deadly skies. His mind was on the call. And he rose to the call without fear, without a second thought. From everything I can tell, if somehow before that flight he knew that he was not going to come back, I think he would have gone anyway. There’s a word for that. The word is “hero”.
