God Seekers

God Seekers is a group open to all that meets for breakfast at the First Presbyterian Church  at 8:00 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month from September to May.  Along with breakfast, there is a program, music, and fun.  Past speakers have included Illinois State Senator Brad Burzynski, former NIU Coach Rob Judson, Rochelle Township High School honor students, and local folks who have returned from international mission trips to Ecuador, Peru, Kenya, Tanzania, and more.

God Seekers has sponsored fishing trips and sporting clays shooting events.  Once a year, usually in January or February, they host Ladies' Night Out, a special evening of dinner and entertainment for the ladies in their lives.

Our next God Seekers breakfast will be Saturday, November 19, at 8:00 a.m.  Our program will be Bob and Faye Anderson, retired teachers from the Rockford School District, who have served as missionaries in China teaching English.  They are currently with Kingdom Seekers Ministries from El Paso, IL.  We invite ladies to attend this special program hosted by Stan and Delores Brooks our friends from Stillman Valley.
